Dr. Richard Leven Dr. Leven is a graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and has been in practice in St. Johnsbury for over 25 years. He specializes in contact lenses and general practice and is a member of the Vermont Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.

Dr. Stephen Feltus Dr. Feltus is a graduate of The New England College of Optometry and has been in practice in St. Johnsbury for over 25 years He specializes in Low Vision and general practice and is a member of the Vermont Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.

Dr. Andrew Ishak Dr Andrew Ishak (Andy) is a 1987 graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry.  He practiced in Maryland for 20 years in a large group practice where he served as Vice President.  Andy is a consultant for several companies within the vision care industry.  Dr. Ishak holds several ophthalmic lens patents and is currently involved in developing wavelength specific filters to protect the eye from disease.  An avid outdoorsmen, he joined Optical Expressions in 2007.

Dr. Robin Vance-Ishak Dr. Robin Vance-Ishak is a 1987 graduate of the Pennsyvania College of Optometry.  She practiced in Maryland for 20 years in a large group practice along with her husband Andy.  Dr. Vance-Ishak enjoys primary care optometry and contact lens care.  A 1978 graduate of St. Johnsbury Academy, Robin is happy to be back home in the Northeast Kingdom.  Along with Andy and their three sons, the Ishaks reside in Waterford.
